Joy Altwies, P.E.

Joy Altwies, P.E., is Program Director for Engineering Professional Development at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a member of the ASHRAE Program Committee and an active member of the Building Environmental Impacts and Sustainability technical committee (TC 2.8) at the national level. She is accredited by the U.S. Green Building Council as a LEED™ 2.0 Professional. In 2003, Joy was appointed by ASHRAE as its official Liaison to the USGBC’s LEED™ Homes Committee.
