Donald Bahnfleth, P.E., FASHRAE

Don Bahnfleth, P.E., is principal of BGA, LLC, Cincinnati, Ohio based engineering/ consultants. Don has been involved extensively in the analysis, planning and design of central utility systems serving University and College Campuses, Industrial Campuses and Government and Military facilities. His most recent work as president includes steam and condensate systems, chilled water systems and electrical generation and distribution systems at University of Pittsburgh and Duke Universities. Don served as Engineering Editor, Editor and Publishing Director of the technical magazine Heating, Piping and Air Conditioning (HPAC) Engineering. He is a Presidential Member and a Fellow of ASHRAE, having served as International President in 1985-86. Prior to service as president, his ASHRAE participation was focused on the research and technical activities of the Society.
