Lisa L. Rosenow, CSBA, LEED, AP

Lisa L. Rosenow, CSBA, LEED® AP, is an energy program manager with Putnam Price Group / Northwest Energy Efficiency Council (NEEC) where she develops and manages energy efficiency related programs and services for utility and government clients. This includes energy code education, utility incentive programs and benchmarking support. Lisa’s primary focus is in energy and resource conservation and sustainable design education and advocacy. Her experience includes over 15 years of mechanical systems design for healthcare, education, theater and art, historic preservation, and zoo facilities.

Her recent work includes development of integrated design educational programs through AIA, Architecture 2030, NEEA/Betterbricks and ASHRAE. She is a participating member of ASHRAE’s technical committee on Integrated Building Design (TC7.1) and a past board member of the Puget Sound Chapter of ASHRAE.
