ASHRAE NewsMembers Urged To Vote Electronically Electronic ballots will be e-mailed May 2 to all qualified voting members with valid e-mail addresses in the Society database. ASHRAE is encouraging electronic voting to ensure a smooth voting process and to save paper. Each voting member who has a valid e-mail address in the Society database will receive an e-mail containing a link to the online ballot. If ASHRAE does not have your email address, visit www.ashrae.org and create a login. For the ballot, it is recommended that Members create a login by April 15. Voting members who do not have valid e-mail addresses in the Society database will receive paper ballots. This year, members will vote to elect members to the ASHRAE Board of Directors, and to vote on interpretation of the ASHRAE policy on indoor air quality and ventilation standards.
