Welcome Party Kicks Off Annual Meeting in Long Beach – Saturday, June 23

The Welcome Party at the ASHRAE meeting is not just the opening event, it is a great opportunity to network with your fellow members. The Long Beach Welcome Party will be held at the Hyatt Regency Long Beach and will offer views of the Marina and access to the outdoor pool area.

The Menu For The Welcome Party Includes:

• Imported and Domestic Cheeses served with French Bread and Lavosh
• Barron of Beef with horseradish and assorted breads
• Country Ham
• Whole Tom Turkeys with Seasonal Inspired Fresh Cranberry Relish, Cocktail Rolls
• Choice of Three Assorted Pastas: (Served with Garlic Bread) 
• Cracked Black Pepper-Garlic Alfredo,
• Oven Roasted Tomato Marinara

7:15 - 10:30 Murder Mystery Dinner Theater

There will be Hollywood hub-bub, stars and starlets, love triangles, surprising revelations, an unscrupulous movie producer, international intrigue, and even a murder!

Plan to attend this custom crafted murder mystery dinner centered on a 1960s Hollywood theme with an international flair. This swanky socialite event will include Hollywood types as characters creating an event of glamour in 1966 Tinseltown. Member’s Night Out is the ‘wrap’ party for the movie that has just been made so don’t miss it! You will have the opportunity to guess the murderer at the end of the evening. There will be one-on-one interaction with the actors interspersed with a few short scenes which everyone will want to see and hear in order to follow the clues and be able to guess whodunit.

The Dress: Sport coat, sport shirt, tie optional for the men; casual coordinates for the ladies.
