NEW YORK—Clark Bullard, Ph.D., Fellow ASHRAE, received the ASHRAE-ALCO Medal for Distinguished Public Service.

The award is presented annually in recognition of outstanding public service that has helped to improve the public image of the engineer.

Bullard is a research professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Urbana, Ill. Bullard’s work in technology policy has spanned a range of energy and environmental issues.

His public service activities include service in both Republican and Democratic administration positions requiring expertise in engineering and policy analysis.
