The recipient is David B. Meredith, P.E.

The award honors an individual for outstanding service and achievement in teaching and is presented by the ASHRAE Life Members Club.

 Meredith is an associate professor of general engineering in the Engineering Department of Pennsylvania State University Fayette—the Eberly Campus, Uniontown, Pa.
