DUBAI, United Arab Emirates—The Emirates Falcon Chapter and the ASHRAE Learning Institute recently presented a course titled The Fundamentals of Heating and Cooling Loads. The day-long course was attended by 52 registrants. Samir R. Traboulsi, P. Eng., director and regional chairman, Region- at-Large (seated, second from r.) was the course instructor.
