The John F. James International Award is given to an ASHRAE member who has done the most to enhance the Society’s international presence.

The recipient is Walid Chakroun, Ph.D., chairman, Mechanical Engineering Department, College of Engineering and Petroleum, Kuwait University, Kuwait.
