TC 5.10 Kitchen Ventilation

 

Scope
Technical Committee 5.10 is concerned with the design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, cleaning and servicing of code-compliant, sustainable, commercial kitchen HVAC systems. Sustainability in commercial kitchens includes energy use, water consumption, and the impact of fats, oils and greases on ecosystems.
