2024-2025 Membership Promotion Centralized Training presented in Indianapolis, Indiana

This is for MP Chairs and CoChairs that are serving in their role from July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025. 

ASHRAE will only reimburse/pay for transportation of 2 attendees from each chapter, each Society year.  We recommend that the Chair and/or CoChair attend. 

If you can’t join us in Indianapolis for Centralized Training, we will have a virtual option available that will be announced shortly. 

Cost: There is no fee to register for Centralized Training. ASHRAE covers your flight or mileage, whichever is more affordable, based on the ASHRAE Transportation Policy.  

Hotel: JW Marriott-Indianapolis; 10 S West Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46204 (Book by May 22, 2024)

This is the headquarters hotel for the ASHRAE Annual Conference. Why not stay a few extra days and earn some PDHs by attending the conference (additional fee required for Annual Conference registration).

After attending Centralized Training, you will be fully equipped and ready for an exciting new membership year. You will know how to quickly and efficiently complete membership campaigns, monthly tasks, automate communications, locate resources, and so much more. These training sessions are for both new and returning MP Chairs and/or Co-Chairs. Attendance is highly encouraged!!
