Welcome Party

Saturday, January 12 | 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Cost: $55

The Welcome Party will be held at the Fernbank Museum of Natural History. Enjoy good company with fellow ASHRAE members and conference attendees under the Tyrannosaurus Rex in the Great Hall. Grab a cocktail and catch up with friends under the stars in the Star Gallery. Take a Walk Through Time in Georgia and explore other permanent exhibits which will be open to all party goers. Details on traveling or new exhibits will be posted closer to the event.
Your ticket purchase includes two drink tickets and the menu for the evening will be published closer to the event.

Young Engineers in ASHRAE (YEA) Hospitality Suite

Sunday, January 13 | 4:00 -6:00 p.m.

Young professional members age 35 and younger are invited to visit the YEA Hospitality Suite. The suite offers social and networking opportunities, and light refreshments are served.

Women in ASHRAE Breakfast

Monday, January 14 | 7:00 – 8:30 a.m.
Cost: $20

Women in ASHRAE come together for coffee and breakfast. Everyone is welcome! More information on the program details will be available closer to the conference.

Presidents Lunch

2018-19 ASHRAE President Sheila Hayter provides an update on her presidential theme. Major contributors to the ASHRAE RP Campaign also are recognized.

Life Members Luncheon

Tuesday, January 15 | 12:00 – 1:30 p.m.
Cost: $35

Enjoy lunch, share ideas about the future of technology and swap memories of the Society while dining with Life Members. This member grade is for members who have completed 30 years of continuous membership and are at least 65 years of age.

Members' Night Out

Tuesday, January 15 | 6:15 – 7:15 p.m. Reception | 7:15 – 10:00 p.m. Dinner
Cost: $55

Grab your 1940s attire and dance the night away to the Gatsby Gang Jazz Band. Start the evening with a cocktail reception followed by dinner and dancing. Music from Duke Ellington, Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole and others will have you swinging all night. Attire for the evening is cocktail attire (coat and tie and cocktail dresses). Don’t forget to bring a hat or accessories from the 1940s! We hope to see you there.
