  • Description

When graduates from technology or engineering schools enter the workforce, they are usually ill-equipped to deal with the challenges of their positions. They have limited skills or knowledge to communicate, lead or work in a team. This course is designed to train junior and middle staff to accelerate their transformation into effective members of a working team.

85% of job success comes from having well‐developed soft and people skills, and only 15% of job success comes from technical skills and knowledge according to research conducted by Harvard University, the Carnegie Foundation and Standard Research Center.

Technical skills may get you the job, but soft skills will define your career advancement, success and happiness in the workplace.

In this highly interactive 2-day course, we will address problems of poor communication and engagement, lack of team collaboration, conflicts, inefficient meetings, unengaging presentations, poor management performance, decreased productivity, difficulty to retain talent and overwhelmed workload.

By the end of this course, you will be able to communicate effectively, maximize collaboration and build trust. You will be better equipped to lead and deliver results-oriented meetings. You will master the art of delivering engaging presentations and position yourself as a respected team leader or team player. Finally, you will learn tools and techniques for time management to increase productivity, meet deadlines and have more energy.

This is your chance to stand out from the crowd and invest in yourself and in your company. This course will teach skills and knowledge to communicate, lead and work in a team. In a world full of average, be outstanding.
