ASHRAE Enhances Membership Renewal Process

Based on feedback from members, ASHRAE has listened and enhanced the online membership renewal process to ensure a more intuitive experience. The simplified process provides a personalized, custom experience based on the user’s membership grade.
Personal information is displayed in a new format utilizing accordion type folders that can be expanded with a mouse click, as opposed to requiring the user to navigate to a new screen. The renewal options presented on the Society dues page are based upon the user’s membership grade instead of a drop down menu requiring the member to decipher the different options available to them. Chapter dues payments now have their own screen and include the ability to transfer to a different chapter, if necessary.
