ASHRAE Transactions is the official record of research and technical information of permanent interest and archival value presented at the Annual and Winter Conferences of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), the world’s foremost technical society in the fields of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration, with some 50,000 members worldwide. Papers published in Transactions encompass the wide range of technologies and applications of interest to ASHRAE members and others whose work shapes the built environment.
Indexing and Abstracting Services for ASHRAE Transactions
ASHRAE Transactions papers are reviewed by competent specialists to ensure high quality of content. Two types of papers are included: Conference Papers, which generally present applications and case studies, and Technical Papers, with discussion questions and answers, which report on Society-sponsored or unsolicited HVAC&R research. Conference Papers receive one or more single-blind reviews by two or more reviewers. Technical Papers undergo one or more double-blind reviews by three or more reviewers.
Also included in each edition are an address delivered by the current ASHRAE President, as well as the technical program from the conference, and other official Society information.
