Chapter Certificate of Attendance

Certificates of Attendance are offered as a convenience to help members with their record-keeping for Professional Development Hours (PDH). The generic certificate provided is formatted to allow modification of the information entered as needed. Requirements for PDH record-keeping and reporting may vary by state and should be taken into account when the generic certificate is used.
