What to Wear

Meeting rooms tend to be chilly so business casual with comfortable shoes is recommended. If you’re planning on attending social events, be sure to check out the event details as some are themed and you may want to dress the part.

What to Bring

Reusable water bottle – there will be water stations throughout the conference spaces
Business cards – we provide many networking opportunities, formal and informal, where you will be able to meet people from around the world. Be prepared to connect!

How to Get Your Badge

You will receive an email from meetings@ashrae.org on Wednesday, June 9, 2027 with badge retrieval instructions
DO NOT open the link inside email until you're at the Registration area of the conference.
Once your arrive at Registration, open the link, head to a Scan & Go station, scan your QR code, and your badge, along with any purchased event tickets, with print automatically.
If you have any issues, speak to a staff member onsite.
Be sure to wear your badge to all conference meetings and activties.

Watch the ASHRAE Conference Crash Course

The crash course provides all attendees with an introduction to all the ASHRAE Conference Activities, explains how you can get involved, and allows you to ask questions to experienced attendees. More information coming soon!

Explore Educational Opportunities

- Tech Sessions are grouped into themed tracks and included in your conference registration. You can earn PDH credits just by evaluating the session within ASHRAE 365.
- ALI Courses – half and full day specific educational opportunities approved for continuing education credits toward maintaining P.E. licensure. These courses require separate registration and are not included in your conference registration.
- On-Demand Portal – No need to take notes or take pictures of presentations. All sessions presented live in New Orleans will be recorded and available to watch on-demand until June 2029. Attendees will be able to view presentation slides and the audio recordings, plus download papers and other resources. Link & instructions will be included within your daily conference emails.
