CHAPTER EVALUATION >> This is the Chapter Evaluation that you will need to download and have completed by your Local Chapter. There is a section within the application below where you will upload this completed form.  

INSTRUCTIONS: The candidate will complete the application form and then submit it to an evaluator (who shall be an officer of the ASHRAE chapter nearest the applicant's home) following an interview with the applicant. The interview can be a virtual meeting. The evaluator will then fill out the evaluation form and email the entire package using the submit button provided on the last page of this document; please note the submission deadline.

You MUST answer YES to the following four (4) questions to qualify for applying:
1. Do you have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.0 on a scale (where 4.0 is the highest)?
2. Are you attending an accredited engineering program?
3. Are you an Engineering undergraduate/graduate ASHRAE Student Member?
4. Are you a member of a local student ASHRAE branch? (if a local ASHRAE chapter is not availablethis requirement will be waived)
Discuss your previous HVAC&R involvement in the space below (Answer 100 words or less). To what extent have you participated in HVAC&R activities to advance your above stated “goals”?
Provide a list of activities you have participated in ASHRAE demonstrating leadership ability, character, and work ethic (Answer 500 words or less).
Supply a brief resume of your work experience in chronological order, starting with the most recent, in the space below.
List your membership in professional or honorary societies/organizations, including office(s) held (if applicable), in the space below.
