Meeting Requests
The Meeting Request Portal will open in the Fall of 2026 for Technical Committees (TCs) Project Committees (PCS) to submit their meeting requests for the Winter Conference. Any meeting (main committee only) that needs a meeting room and/or wants their virtual meeting to be included in the Conference schedule must complete and submit the meeting request by the deadline to be included in the Winter Conference Schedule.
