Artificial intelligence (AI) policy: ASHRAE prohibits the entry of content from any ASHRAE publication or related ASHRAE intellectual property (IP) into any AI tool, including but not limited to ChatGPT. Additionally, creating derivative works of ASHRAE IP using AI is also prohibited without express written permission from ASHRAE.

Call for Papers Announced for 2019 ASHRAE Winter Conference

ASHRAE announced a call for papers for its 2019 ASHRAE Winter Conference in Atlanta.

Conference tracks include “Common System Issues and Misapplications”—that will help professionals sort through system and equipment options and combinations and the issues that are frequently encountered with HVAC&R systems—and the “Building Integrated Renewables and Natural Systems” track that will highlight the advancement being made with integrating renewable energy systems into the built environment.

Scheduled for Jan. 12–16 at the Omni Hotel Atlanta CNN Center, the conference will be held concurrently with the 2019 AHR Expo, taking place Jan. 14–16 at the Georgia World Congress Center.

Conference paper abstracts are due March 26. Upon acceptance, final papers will be due July 9.
