Course Length: 3 hours

This course introduces the framework and intent of ANSI/ASHRAE/IES Standard 90.1-2025 requirements, with a focus on how to advance energy efficiency and decarbonization targets for commercial buildings. Building on this foundation, the course reviews key updates in Standard 90.1-2025—including Additional Efficiency Requirements, the Total System Performance Ratio (TSPR) compliance pathway, revisions to Appendix G, and other performance provisions. Students will be presented materials which will lead to an understanding of the new requirements of ASHRAE 90.1 2025. By the end of the course, they will be able to apply the new code requirements to their projects and obtain compliance with the new requirements
