New! Laboratory Controls: Devices and Strategies for Proper Airflow

Course Length: 3 hours

A lab room or lab facility depends on the HVAC system as part of the infrastructure necessary for the lab to serve its function. Similarly, the lab HVAC depends on a control system in order to serve its purposes. This course explains control technology and ties it to the intended laboratory function.

Room pressurization is described in physical terms and connected to relevant control system features and keys to success. The variety of physical devices to control and measure air flow are explained with information on how to apply each to advantage.
