ASHRAE seeks Subject Matter Experts (SME) to work as independent contractors to develop and instruct training courses offered through the ASHRAE Learning Institute (ALI). ALI provides quality authoritative training in a variety of lengths and modes of delivery. Course content is developed through a peer-review process and taught by SMEs.

If you are interested in sharing your knowledge and expertise, please complete the ASHRAE Course Instructor/Developer Application. ALI staff will contact qualified applicants for a brief interview as the need arises. Chosen applicants will work with ALI staff as independent contractors to develop and instruct designated courses.
