When will registration open?

When can I book my hotel room?
You must register to receive hotel booking information within the ASHRAE room block. Registration will open in September. Learn more about hotel options and nightly rates.
What all is included with the on-demand registration?

Are Company Registration Packages available?
Company Packages are available for on-demand participants only. Learn more about pricing options and to register. When registering, select the “Winter On Demand” registration type and then select the Company Package size you wish to purchase. You will then receive a confirmation email that will give you access to the company package portal where you will be prompted to enter the names and email addresses of your individual employees.
How do I request a meeting room for a committee or subcommittee meeting in Las Vegas?
The meeting request portal will open starting in late summer of 2025. All meetings that need a physical meeting room or included in the conference schedule should be requested through the portal. Learn more about committee meetings at the ASHRAE Winter Conference and the meeting request process.
