Refunds and Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made by email to meetings@ashrae.org by January 14, 2026 to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between January 15–30th, 2026 are subject to a $50 processing fee.
  • No refunds will be issued after January 30, 2026.
  • Substitutions are accepted in lieu of cancellations.
  • No refunds will be issued for Social Events or Tours.
