Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations must be made by email to meetings@ashrae.org by January 12, 2026 to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations must be made by email to meetings@ashrae.org by January 14, 2026, to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between January 15 and January 30th , 2026 are subject to a $50 processing fee.
  • No refunds will be issued on cancellations after January 30th, 2026.
  • Substitutions are accepted in lieu of cancellations.
  • No refunds will be issued for Social Event tickets or Tours.
