    Exciting news!  ASHRAE is transitioning to a new exam delivery partner with over 1,000 test center locations worldwide, which will meet growing demand for ASHRAE certification. 

    Related Notes:
    Through Jan. 31, 2023, applicants may use the discount code FEB14TEST to receive a 25% discount on certification application.  
     No exams will be administered Jan. 1 – Feb. 13, 2023.
    On Feb. 7, 2023 approved candidates will receive an email with instructions on how to schedule their certification exam.
    Beginning Feb. 14, 2023, testing will be available at over 1,000 test center locations worldwide.

    Note: Non-native English speakers may apply to receive an additional 30 minutes of testing time.

    Eligibility Checklist

      • Participation in One Commissioning Project
      • 50 Professional Development Hours (PDHs), 25 of which may be earned through work experience
      • Code of Ethics Agreement

    Note: Acceptable evidence of professional development hours (PDHs) earned is supporting documentation issued by a third-party, which includes the name of the certificant and the date earned. In the case of continuing education, supporting documentation also must include the number of clock hours of participation, and a title indicating the subject matter.
