Refunds and Cancellations

Events Available for Purchase

Cancellations must be made by email to meetings@ashrae.org by June 6, 2025 to receive a full refund.

  • No refunds will be issued on cancellations after June 6, 2025
  • Substitutions are accepted in lieu of cancellations.
