Meeting Requests
Meeting requests for Technical Committees (TCs) and Project Committees (PCs) will be accepted in February 2026 through the Meeting Request Portal. Any meeting (main committee only) that needs a meeting room and/or wants to be included in the Conference schedule must fill out a meeting room request by end of February 2026.
The schedule of all committee meetings will be released in April 2026. Contact meetings@ashrae.org for questions.
