Meeting Requests
The Meeting Request Portal is currently open through March 6, 2026 for Technical Committees (TCs) Project Committees (PCS) to submit their meeting requests for the Annual Conference. Any meeting (main committee only) that needs a meeting room and/or wants their virtual meeting to be included in the Conference schedule must complete and submit the meeting request form by March 6, 2026 to be included in the Annual Conference Schedule.
The schedule of all committee meetings will be released in April 2026. Contact meetings@ashrae.org for questions.
