When will registration open?
Registration will open in March of 2026.
Where is the conference located?
The 2026 ASHRAE Annual Conference will be held at the JW Marriott Austin (HQ Hotel) and the Austin Marriott Downtown.
When can I book my hotel room?
You must register to receive hotel booking information within the ASHRAE room block within the JW Marriott and Austin Marriott Downtown.

Are Company Registration Packages available?
Yes, company packages are available for on-demand participants only. We offer packages ranging from 3-5 employees, 6-10 employees and 11-20 employees available. When registering, select the “On-Demand Only” registration type and then select the Company Package size you wish to purchase. You will then receive a confirmation email that will give you access to the company package portal where you will be prompted to enter the names and email addresses of your individual employees.
How do I request a meeting room for a committee meeting in Austin?
The Meeting Request Portal is currently open through March 6th for Technical Committees (TCs) Project Committees (PCS) to submit their meeting requests for the Annual Conference. Any meeting (main committee only) that needs a meeting room and/or wants their virtual meeting to be included in the Conference schedule must complete and submit the meeting request by March 6th to be included in the Annual Conference Schedule.
Can I attend Committee Meetings?
Yes! All committee meetings are open for anyone to attend, and guest participation is encouraged as a great way to learn, engage, and become more involved in ASHRAE’s activities
How can my company sponsor the ASHRAE Annual Conference?
What is the cancellation or refund policy?
- All cancellations must be made by emailing meetings@ashrae.org
- No refunds will be issued after June 11, 2026.
- Cancellations made between May 27-June 10, 2026 are subject to a $50 processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued for Social Events or Tours.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes, you may transfer your registration to someone else. Please email meetings@ashrae.org and include the first & last name, email address, and ashrae.org account/member number of the person to receive the registration. Transfer requests must be received by June 11, 2026.
Does ASHRAE follow the ANSI participation process?
Yes. ASHRAE follows ANSI’s openness requirements, providing open participation to all parties who are directly and materially interested in the activity, with no undue financial barriers to involvement. If you are interested in attending a specific meeting to participate in the process, please submit your request to Meetings@ashrae.org.
