Artificial intelligence (AI) policy: ASHRAE prohibits the entry of content from any ASHRAE publication or related ASHRAE intellectual property (IP) into any AI tool, including but not limited to ChatGPT. Additionally, creating derivative works of ASHRAE IP using AI is also prohibited without express written permission from ASHRAE.

The LTCE Student Branch was chartered in 2020 and now has 36 student members. Dr. Dhanawade organized over 20 events and activities in SY21-22 some of which are highlighted below:

Branch Installation and Orientation

Webinars were held with leadership from the ASHRAE Mumbai Chapter and Region at Large to introduce ASHRAE to student members. The branch officers were elected and introduced plans for the upcoming year.

Additional virtual events were held to introduce the HVAC&R industry and cover topics like 3D building design, building performance and load calculations.
