Artificial intelligence (AI) policy: ASHRAE prohibits the entry of content from any ASHRAE publication or related ASHRAE intellectual property (IP) into any AI tool, including but not limited to ChatGPT. Additionally, creating derivative works of ASHRAE IP using AI is also prohibited without express written permission from ASHRAE.

One errata has been issued for each ANSI/ASHRAE/IES Standard 90.1-2019 (I-P Edition), Energy Standard for Buildings Except Low-Rise Residential Buildings, and ANSI/ASHRAE/ICC/USGBC/IES STANDARD 189.1-2017, Standard for the Design of High-Performance Green Buildings Except Low-Rise Residential Buildings.

ANSI/ASHRAE/IES Standard 90.1-2019 (I-P Edition), Energy Standard for Buildings Except Low-Rise Residential Buildings, dated November 8, 2019. This replaces the version dated October 28, 2019.

ANSI/ASHRAE/ICC/USGBC/IES STANDARD 189.1-2017, Standard for the Design of High-Performance Green Buildings Except Low-Rise Residential Buildings, dated October 11, 2019. This replaces the version dated July 25, 2019.

ASHRAE Guideline 1.2-2019, Technical Requirements for the Commissioning Process for Existing HVAC&R Systems and Assemblies, dated October 21, 2019.
