Donald R. Burroughs, PE, CEM, CEA, is associate vice president, Manager Health Care Group and manager of the Healthcare MEP Design & Production Group for Dewberry. With more than 30 years of engineering experience, he specializes in HVAC, plumbing, and controls primarily for healthcare facilities and university laboratories. Mr. Burroughs was major contributor to the ASHRAE publication HVAC Design Manual for Hospitals and Clinics.
