Rory Stegeman, P.E., Member ASHRAE, leverages his vast experience in mechanical and electrical design engineering, geo-exchange design, project management, commissioning and facilities master planning. He is an expert in Health Life Safety Code Compliance and the design and implementation of improvements to bring systems into compliance. Mr. Stegeman is committed to meeting the client’s requirements and works diligently to maintain an open line of communication, ensuring client requirements are met throughout the length of the project and after. His responsibilities include energy auditing and analysis, system design, project estimating, and coordination to bring a project from contract thru completion. Throughout his career, Mr. Stegeman has been involved in Municipal, Health Care, K-12 and Higher Education markets where he designed ultra-energy efficient mechanical systems while keeping cost within the client’s budget. Mr. Stegeman is a licensed Professional Engineer, Certified Geo-Designer and is an ASHRAE Technology award recipient.
