To be included in the Conference schedule, the committee chair must complete a Meeting Request for main meeting by April 15

To be included in the Conference schedule, the subcommittee chair must complete a Meeting Request for each subcommittee meeting by April 15

In-Person Main Meetings are encouraged
Chair must request meeting room of appropriate size, screen and/or power strips. |

In-Person Subcommittee meetings are allowed
Chair must request meeting room of appropriate size, screen and/or power strips for each subcommittee meeting. |
Hybrid resources are available
Chair must request ASHRAE WebEx link and Dual USB Plug-In Speaker/Microphone if needed.* Private Wi-Fi for meeting hosts will be available. |

Virtual meeting resources are available
If a subcommittee prefers to meet virtually in advance of the Conference (before June 22), chair may request ASHRAE WebEx link if needed.* |
Virtual meeting resources are available
If a main meeting cannot meet in-person, chair may request ASHRAE WebEx link if needed.* |

Hybrid resources are NOT available.
At this time, ASHRAE is not able to support hybrid subcommittee meetings.* |
*Chair may choose to provide his/her own meeting link and/or equipment and can note that information in the meeting request portal. Projectors are NOT provided for any main or subcommittee meetings. |
Meeting Requests
The deadline for meeting requests for Technical Committees (TCs) and Project Committees (PCs) has now passed.

Committee chairs who submitted meeting requests may check the status of their request by logging into the meeting request portal.
