Cancellation Policy Course registration fees will be refunded in full if ASHRAE Customer Service receives cancellation at 800-527-4723 or edu@ashrae.org before 12:00 noon, seven working days before the course date. Cancellations received between three and seven working days before the course date are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Registrants who do not attend a course or cancel less than three working days before the course date are liable for the entire course registration fee.
